It’s all about the Filament , and it’s true!

After every production we clean down all our equipment to ensure a clean workable environment. We carefully prepare our material in terms of storage and drying time to ensure that we have the best possible product to start making your filament. We even mix our own colouring in-house to ensure that we have full control over the whole process.

Once the 3D printing Filament is produced we place our production spools in airtight bag’s with desiccant and store it in our filament Vault ( Wow that sounds cool). Once the filament has cured onto the production spool we unpack and place it in our unwinder, this machine Laser checks the filament and places it onto our lovely environmentally friendly spools. They then get packed into their own bag and then placed back in the Filament Vault to await your order.
